Productive day!

Finally got something done! For months now, I've been trying to find my signature piece..doesn't every designer out there want something they can call their own?? After much procrastinating...since it was going to take 15 feet (yes 15 feet) of sterling wire, about a foot of 12 gauge fine silver wire and numerous pearls and silver beads...I was seriously sweating having to pull this apart if it looked like poo. The colors totally rock! Very Fall-ish in peacock pearls with a mulberry colored pearl...so without further a-do...

So I would really like some feedback on what everyone thinks ..I don't even have a clue as to what to price it at?I like it so much, I'm tempted to keep it! Right now, I'm working on making some sterling hoops...who doesn't love hoops and I'm an 80's girl after all!

It's stunning! Although I have no idea how to price jewelry.

that's beautiful... I love the rich color of the pearls. And I'm glad you shared all the work and materials that went into, because it helps me to appreciate it more (since I don't know anything about making jewelry.)

Absoltutely stunning! I'm a pearl girl ;o) so I loved this first site! The autumnal colors are fantastic. You've really done a super job here. You've put a lot of work into this, and materials...So don't be afraid to mark this as one of your more high-end pieces. (That is if you can bear to part with all this loveliness ;o) Will you sell it as a set, or necklace & earrings separate? You'll have no trouble selling this one. Good luck! ((HUGS))

Girl...this is awesome! Did you also make the closure pieces? I'm really drawn to that crazy bird's nest wire wrapping look. It looks really cool with the pearls, too. Contrasting styles that compliment each other.
I hope you make it again but with semi precious stones. Then I could put one on my xmas list! :)

As for pricing...I'm no help. Sorry. I am a TOTAL tightwad. It kills me to try and price things what they are worth. LOL!

It really took 15 feet of wire?!? Egads!!

P.S. Thanks for the house comment on my blog. Today we found out closing should be within the next 10 business days, likely less. We've already started packing. Woohoo!! :)

LOL Christie! Here's what I'm a tightwad over...gemstones! I used almost 2- 16 inch strands of pearls..GAHHH!I need to order more wire, but have to wait since we paid for step sons first semester in school...still feeling ill over that check. Can't wait till you get moved in!!

Thank you everyone on the compliments!!It was a big hit on Monday with all of the family. I like to take a new piece out and show it off to see what everyone thinks or if I'm just crazy.

Great necklace! I love how you used the spirals as the connector. I have no suggestions for price because I'm currently struggling to figure out my own prices, lol! Good luck!
